German is settled before you commit
Every candidate holds a German certificate at B1 level or higher from Goethe, telc, ÖSD, TestDaF or ECL. Where the provider allows it, we verify its authenticity there before a profile reaches you.
Open positions, agency staff, overtime in the team: you know the situation. We introduce nurses and trainees from abroad who fit professionally, speak German at least at B1 level and know what they are signing up for. You decide whom you meet.

First you receive an anonymous short profile with qualification, experience, language level and our assessment. If someone interests you, you receive the CV and documents and meet the person by video call. We only talk about a contract once it fits for both sides.
We prepare the documents, accompany the procedure with the recognition authority and support the visa process, on request using the fast-track procedure for skilled workers. You sign where your signature is required.
After arrival, we help with finding accommodation and with the authorities. We remain available to your new colleague and to you until the probation period has been passed.
We talk about positions, ward or unit, required language level and timeline.

Anyone who interests you introduces themselves by video call. Beforehand you receive the CV and documents.
You sign the employment or training contract. We accompany recognition and visa.
We help with accommodation and the authorities, and remain available to you and your new colleague until the end of the probation period.
We discuss terms personally, based on the number and type of positions. The fee is success-based: it only becomes due once a placement is made and is then paid in instalments. For candidates, the placement is always free of charge.
For a new colleague to settle in and stay, your side matters too. We discuss this in our first conversation.
The recognition partnership (Section 16d(3) Residence Act) allows a nurse to enter Germany and start working with you before their qualification is recognised. Requirements: a qualification recognised by the state in the home country after at least two years of training, German skills (A2 by law, at least B1 with us), an employment contract with your facility and a written agreement in which you support the recognition.
Recognition is applied for after arrival. Until the licence to practise is granted, the person works with you as a nursing assistant. Missing content is compensated by a knowledge test or an adaptation course. The residence permit is initially valid for one year and can be extended to a total of three years.
